At Fast Lane Wireless we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If your device is not working correctly or you’re experiencing issues, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
To process a return, please email us at sales@fastlanewireless.com so we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number will only be issued during the 30-day return period which begins on the date of shipment by Fast Lane Wireless. Please provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Date of Purchase
- Device(s) Purchased
- Order Number
We will provide you with an RMA number along with a shipping label and tracking number. Once you have been given a RMA number, you have 7 business days to ship out your device(s). Refunds will only be issued once the device has been received at our location. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ANY ATTEMPT TO UNLOCK OR JAILBREAK A DEVICE PURCHASED FROM FAST LANE WIRELESS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY PARTIAL REFUNDS, ONLY FULL REFUNDS UPON RETURN OF THE PURCHASED DEVICE
Any merchandise returned to Fast Lane Wireless without a RMA number will incur a non-negotiable re-stocking fee at 30% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding tax and shipping. To request a RMA number, please email us at sales@fastlanewireless.com.
Fast Lane Wireless does not do exchanges or replacements at this time, only full refunds.
Please note that if you’re located outside of the U.S. and would like a refund, you’re responsible for shipping the item back to us, including the return shipping costs.
