Make sure to include a copy of the invoice or note with your name, eBay name, and date of purchase. Once we receive the phone and verify the serial numbers to make sure they are identical, we will refund your PayPal account, or send you a replacement. - No, Fast Lane Wireless is an e-commerce business that services customers across the nation. Due to our inventory security policy, We do not take walk-in customers at our Irvine headquarters.
- Q - Do You Test All Your Phones?
- Yes, all of our phones have been tested and are in good working condition. Our grading scale is for cosmetic wear on the phone only. This should be accurately described in the condition table at the bottom of the auction. We have a 30 day warranty in case you encounter any problems with the devices. We have a thorough cell phone testing process that can be found on the About Us page of our website.
