    Make sure to include a copy of the invoice or note with your name, eBay name, and date of purchase. Once we receive the phone and verify the serial numbers to make sure they are identical, we will refund your PayPal account, or send you a replacement. To ensure a replacement is sent out quickly, email us the tracking information from your returning device.

  • Q - Do You Test All Your Phones?
  • Yes, all of our phones have been tested and are in good working condition. Our grading scale is for cosmetic wear on the phone only. This should be accurately described in the condition table at the bottom of the auction. We have a 30 day warranty in case you encounter any problems with the devices. We have a through cell phone testing process that can be found on the About Us page of our website.
